WebIt *could* be that another mod is changing what files it's looking for for those mods, eg. normally better glow would be glow.dds but something changes it to glow1.dds (unlikely) Definitely check your morrowind.ini for TryArchiveFirst = 0. If it's 1 you won't load pluginless mods, and if it's -1 it will ONLY load the pluginless mods.
