The possible causes are also very diverse (search for ramdisk full in the VMware Knowledge Base, you will see what I mean). Also, it can be affecting the RAMdisk root, tmp, or even hostdstats depending on the cause, so this is not easy to troubleshoot. WebbI know of other issues that fill up /tmp but in those cases it's clear which files are the culprit and can be moved. In this case I'm stumped. A reboot will probably fix it but for that to happen I'll need to move the VMs to a different host and with a full /tmp that's probably not going to happen. Anyone got any ideas? Edit: solved.
